: Sourcing the ingredients and supplies needed for the kitchen and bar. This involves building relationships with reliable suppliers and managing inventory to minimize waste and ensure freshness.Food Preparation
: Involves the actual cooking and presentation of dishes. Standardized recipes and kitchen workflows are essential for maintaining consistency and quality.Service Delivery
