Restaurant Manager - Food and Beverage Operations - SLS Dubai Hotel
Position Overview
SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences, part of the Accor Group, is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and elevate our dining experiences. This is a full-time, high-impact role at a luxury lifestyle property in Downtown Dubai, ideal for F and B professionals with upscale hospitality experience and strong leadership capabilities.

Core Responsibilities

Drive restaurant visibility and guest loyalty through strategic marketing and event planning
Ensure all operations reflect the SLS brand ethos and exceed guest expectations
Uphold health, safety, and local licensing compliance for food and liquor service
Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and bar staff to maintain excellence in service and appearance
Control cost of sales through effective inventory oversight and waste reduction
Monitor and report on performance metrics aligned with revenue goals
Oversee restaurant scheduling, team communication, and service standards training
Build business through corporate events, menu partnerships, and branded activations
Act as liaison with engineering and housekeeping to maintain venue aesthetics and function
Conduct interviews, performance reviews, and talent development discussions with team members

Candidate Requirements

High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality or Business preferred
2-3 years of leadership experience in a premium F and B environment
Deep knowledge of UAE liquor laws, food safety regulations, and upscale service standards
Prior exposure to a lifestyle or luxury hotel brand highly desirable
Excellent English communication skills-verbal and written
Strong organizational, multitasking, and guest engagement abilities
Able to lead in high-pressure, fast-paced service environments
Proven ability to foster teamwork and maintain professional interdepartmental relations
