Food and Beverage Manager
We are looking to hire an experienced and creative F&B manager to handle F&B operation within our premises.
Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities:
- Designing and Implement F & B concepts, including menu creation, material sourcing and staff hiring.
- Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food and beverage supplies.
- Adhering to the F&B budget.
- Managing daily F&B operations.
- Following health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
- Assisting with marketing events.
- Creating and enforcing restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs.
- Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage staff.
