1. Job Summary We are looking for a creative and proficient Food and Beverage Manager who are specialized in forecasting, planning and controlling the ordering of food and beverages for a Restaurant. He also manages the finances related to the whole process of purchasing food and drink for the hotel premises. Tasks and Responsibilities 1 Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards 2 Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service 3 Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements 4 Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns 5 Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel 6 Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures 7 Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork 8 Comply with all health and safety regulations 9 Report on management regarding sales results and productivity Requirements and skill ? Proven food and beverage management experience ? Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) ? Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently ? Mastery in delegating multiple tasks ? Communication and leadership skills ? Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices ? Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets

Experience Minimum period of relevant experience required (in years) - 3 to 4 Years. Salary AED 2500 to 2700 +FOOD+ACCOMODATION+MEDICAL INSURANCE Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
