Manage the Food Service sections, including theCentralKitchen and Points-of-sale. Hiring the right collaborators. Keep up the standard of work, hygiene, and food at all times. Responsible for both cooked and uncooked food outputs in terms of recipe, quality and SOP Approve all sales of raw materials and all of its suppliers. Keep standard recipes for all types of food made in the company\'s Central Kitchen. Keep daily records for reference and public health and safety. Make a yearly plan and budget. Figure out and keep track of all costs and prices. Make sure the goods meet the quality standards of the company and are safe for customers to use. Hospitality certificate or similar Fluent in Arabic and English Minimum 5 years in similar role Well versed in MS office
