Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and take food and beverage orders professionally and promptly
• Remain attentive to guest needs and respond courteously throughout service
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to hygiene and presentation standards
• Clear and clean tables efficiently to maintain service flow and cleanliness
• Perform outlet opening and closing duties as assigned
• Ensure wait staff stations are clean, organized, and maintained during shifts
• Follow hotel safety protocols and report any service or safety incidents immediately
• Support the food and beverage team in daily operations as required

Ideal Profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Genuine interest in food and beverage service and guest interaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude with attention to cleanliness and service quality
