Role Summary
The Food and Beverage Assistant at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina will deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in line with the hotel's high standards. This role involves professional guest interaction, menu knowledge, and consistent service quality while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.
What You'll Do

• Perform all required tasks to serve food and beverages according to hotel performance standards
• Greet and seat guests in a professional and personalized manner
• Acquire detailed knowledge of menu items to provide accurate recommendations
• Monitor food and beverage quality to ensure guest satisfaction
• Address guest complaints or queries promptly and courteously
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and service equipment
• Prepare the service area before, during, and after operations, including mis-en-place and mis-en-scene

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a four or five-star hotel or comparable hospitality environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams
• Quality-focused with high attention to detail and performance standards
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Basic technical proficiency in relevant hospitality software is an advantage
