Position Title: FOH Supervisor

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: Up to 5.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus centralized tips and service charge

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

A leading F&B group based in Abu Dhabi, known for serving the best flavors of specialty coffee and desserts.

:

Handle daily tasks such as opening, closing, inventory, and maintaining cafe cleanliness.
Assist the Branch Manager in managing the team members and daily operations of the shop.
Check customer feedback, address complaints promptly, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Oversee cash handling and sales, create budgets, and develop ideas to attract more customers.
Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations and maintain an appealing appearance for the cafe
