Job Title: FOH JUYI Restaurant & Lounge Location: Tower C, Paramount Hotel Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Job Type: Full-time About Us: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FOH Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction to make JUYI Restaurant & Lounge an upscale establishment known for its exquisite modern Japanese culinary offerings and vibrant lounge atmosphere. Job Summary: As the FOH Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and lounge operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, and overall guest satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the restaurant and lounge\'s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Staff Management: - Recruit, hire, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff. - Create schedules, assign tasks, and ensure a well-trained and motivated team. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. 2. Customer Service: - Ensure exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or issues promptly. - Maintain a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for all patrons. - Implement and maintain high service standards. 3. Operations Management: - Oversee daily operations, including reservations, seating, and order flow. - Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and all relevant regulations. - Manage inventory, suppliers, and the procurement process. 4. Financial Management: - Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue. - Monitor and report on financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability. - Implement pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales. 5. Quality Control: - Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality. - Implement and update menus, collaborating with the chef and bar manager. - Monitor food and beverage presentation and consistency. 6. Marketing and Promotion: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. - Collaborate with the marketing team to run promotions and events. - Foster relationships with local businesses and the community. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a FOH Manager or in a similar leadership role in the restaurant and bar industry at least 5 years. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Solid understanding of restaurant and lounge ( night club) operations, including food and beverage. - Exceptional customer service orientation. - Financial acumen and experience managing budgets. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or night club ,a related field is a plus.
