Plan and execute sales strategies to meet and surpass assigned targets. Lead and manage the regional sales team, including training, motivation, and performance evaluation. Strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying new business partnership opportunities. Analyze market conditions, competitors, and industry trends to suggest improvements and growth actions. Ensure all sales activities follow company policies and relevant legal and industry regulations. Prepare regular performance reports and present sales results to senior management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in economics, management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or managerial roles, ideally within FMCG or the tobacco sector. Proven leadership abilities with strong planning and organizational skills. Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions.
