to develop and manage sales across Bahrain, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia markets. The candidate will be responsible for outdoor sales visits, lead generation, order collection, and expanding the company's FMCG distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
outdoor sales visits
to supermarkets, groceries, wholesalers, and distributors
Promote and sell
FMCG products
Generate new leads and develop new markets
Collect orders and follow up on payments
Manage existing customer relationships
Travel to
Kuwait and Saudi Arabia (approx. 50% of working time)
Achieve assigned sales targets
Prepare daily visit reports and sales summaries
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in
FMCG outdoor sales
Strong knowledge of
GCC FMCG markets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Mandatory / Preferred Requirements
Valid
GCC driving license
preferred
Willingness to travel frequently
Passport valid for international travel
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience dealing with
distributors & retailers
Knowledge of Bahrain, Kuwait, and Saudi markets
