ducational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications in cost control, accounting, or hospitality management can be an advantage.
Experience:
Proven experience (usually 2-5 years) in cost control or accounting within the food and beverage industry or hospitality sector.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to F&B operations.
Familiarity with inventory management, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong understanding of food and beverage cost control principles and techniques.
Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, POS systems).
Analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards in F&B operations.
