Job Description

Manage and supervise the daily activities of team. Ensure optimal use of manpower and resources. To respond in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues. Report to manager on job progress and issues on handled sites. Arrange for site inspection from time to time to monitor standard of work and completion schedule. Administration and clerical responsibilities as required by job. Display a sound knowledge of MEP installation and Civil related works. Responsible for inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance. Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to the concerns. Responsible for training activities of the maintenance team. To inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.) To contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance. To monitor inventory of materials and equipment. To participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations) To ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations. To accomplishes maintenance human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Responsible for communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures. To meet maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews. Responsible for implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer- service standards; resolving problems. To meet maintenance financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions. To evaluate functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments; identifying problems and requirements. To maintain function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts. To improve function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying performance results; identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions. To maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
