Key Responsibilities
Plan PPM, CM, and casual jobs according to SLA requirements
Ensure all scheduled maintenance activities are completed on time
Maintain accurate documentation for contracts, work reports, and service history
Monitor job costs to maintain profitability margins
Arrange tools, spares, and equipment required at sites
Train and mentor staff to meet HSE guidelines and operational standards
Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Ideal Profile
Three-year Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5+ years of industry experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory facilities management role
Strong knowledge of MEP systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting
Experience handling AMCs, PPM/CM scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
Proficiency in workforce planning, task delegation, and troubleshooting
Effective communication and report-writing skills
