Fm Sales Executive
Job Description
Sales Executive Min 2 years' Experience in Facility Management and Building Maintenance in UAE. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Develop strategic plans and sales strategies and undertake presentations to and negotiations with prospective customers. Attending incoming inquiries meeting the clients with a presentation of our services and closing the deals. Good knowledge in preparing quotation and estimation. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Must have valid UAE driving license Job. Candidate must have a BA or BSc. Must be able to provide an active network of contacts across the FM sector. Full understanding of UAE FM Market. Good network with the FM industry in UAE Must have been exposed to FM industry associations and trade association groups. Understanding of various FM service lines. Experience in FM consultancy business development is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, and ability to maintain working files and revisions of documents. Writing, computer, and presentation skills at an exceptional level Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
