Job Description
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in real estate or asset management.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of FM software and systems.
UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., BICSI, IFMA) is a plus.
