FM Coordinator - Engineering Background Location: Al Garhoud, Dubai Start Date: Immediately - Urgent Hiring : We are urgently looking for a qualified Facilities Management Coordinator with an engineering background to manage maintenance operations in residential and commercial properties located in Al Garhoud, Dubai. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily maintenance tasks, deal with service providers, and ensure the smooth functioning of all facility systems. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee daily facility and maintenance activities Plan and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance schedules Communicate with internal teams and external contractors Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Maintain service records and use CMMS systems efficiently Prepare basic reports and support performance tracking Provide on-site technical supervision when needed Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering 2-3 years of experience in facilities or maintenance coordination Fluent in English and Hindi Strong computer skills Microsoft Office Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Days Off: Friday and Saturday Start Date: Immediate - Urgent hiring
