Responsibilities:
Handle daily help desk operations and customer queries.
Respond to emails professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Track approvals and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Prepare accurate quotations.
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly technical reports.
Follow up with clients to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Support internal teams and escalate issues when necessary.
Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar FM or maintenance role.
Strong communication (written & verbal) in English
