Prepare and manage contracts, service agreements, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and promptly.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors to expand supplier network and enhance service options.
Conduct vendor and supplier comparisons to secure the best quality at minimum cost.
Negotiate favourable terms and pricing to support cost-saving objectives.
Maintain organised records of all procurement and contractual documents.
Essential Skills:
Highly efficient in drafting and processing legal and financial documents.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on cost reduction.
Experienced in vendor comparison, selection, and relationship management.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Preferred:
Previous experience in facilities management, procurement, or a related role.
Knowledge of local (UAE) vendor markets and regulations.
