Our mobile applications are a critical part of our customer experience, enabling seamless bookings, membership management, and service interactions. We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to maintain, optimize, and enhance our mobile applications across both iOS and Android.

This is an in-house role, working directly with our leadership and IT teams to develop high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications that align with SEVEN's growth objectives.

Role Overview

As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing SEVEN's mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will work closely with our backend team, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless app functionality, integrations, and user experience.

This role requires a skilled problem solver, a detail-oriented developer, and a performance-focused engineer who can drive mobile innovation and implement best practices in Flutter development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mobile App Development & Maintenance

Develop and maintain high-performance Flutter applications for both iOS and Android. Write clean, scalable, and reusable code in Dart. Optimize applications for performance, security, and reliability. Ensure seamless UI/UX implementation based on provided designs.

2. Integration & API Management

Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and third-party services. Implement secure authentication methods and data synchronization. Ensure proper error handling, caching, and offline functionality.

3. App Deployment & Version Control

Manage Google Play Store & Apple App Store releases. Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated app deployment. Maintain Flutter app signing keys, certificates, and provisioning profiles.

4. Debugging & Troubleshooting

Identify and fix bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks. Optimize app startup times and reduce memory usage. Monitor app analytics and user feedback to drive improvements.

5. Collaboration & Documentation

Work closely with UI/UX designers to bring creative designs to life. Collaborate with business teams to understand customer needs and requirements. Document codebase, app structure, and integration workflows for future reference.

Requirements

Technical Expertise in Flutter & Mobile Development:

5+ years of experience in Flutter app development. Strong proficiency in Dart, along with experience in native Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android) is a plus. Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs. Deep understanding of state management frameworks (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, Redux, etc.).

Performance Optimization & Security:

Experience optimizing Flutter applications for performance and security. Familiarity with encryption, token-based authentication, and data protection. Knowledge of debugging tools, crash reporting, and profiling techniques.

UI/UX Implementation:

Strong ability to convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into functional Flutter apps. Knowledge of adaptive layouts and animations for smooth user experience.

Version Control & CI/CD Pipelines:

Experience with Git/GitHub for version control. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

Problem-Solving & Project Management:

Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently. Experience managing multiple projects from concept to execution.

Communication & Collaboration Skills:

Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work closely with backend engineers, UI/UX teams, and product managers. Experience conducting code reviews and best practices documentation.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills):

Flutter Certified Developer certification. Experience with AR, AI, or Machine Learning in mobile apps. Previous experience in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry. Familiarity with mobile payments, NFC, and POS integrations.
