Job Description
Al Ain Mills is seeking a qualified and experienced
Fluting Operator
to join our production team. The role is responsible for operating and maintaining fluting machines to ensure the precision and efficiency of roller production in alignment with our quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
? Operate the fluting machine to grind grooves or corrugations into roller surfaces.
? Set up and calibrate the machine according to specified depth and spacing requirements.
? Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain smooth operations.
? Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic repairs.
? Maintain accurate logs of machine maintenance, production output, and operational parameters.
Qualifications & Requirements:
? High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
? Min 3 years of proven experience in operating fluting or similar industrial machinery, preferably within a flour milling or manufacturing environment.
? Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
? Commitment to safety, precision, and continuous improvement.
