Job Description

Floral Design & Creative Execution:

Oversee and direct all floral design projects, ensuring consistency with brand standards and client expectations.

Lead the creation of bespoke floral arrangements for corporate clients, luxury events, and large-scale installations.

Collaborate with the sales teams to develop exclusive floral collections for B2B clients.

Ensure that all floral designs are event-ready, photogenic, and aligned with current market trends.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Manage and mentor a team of florists, assigning tasks and ensuring smooth workflow across multiple projects.

Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's skills in floral artistry, installation techniques, and client interaction.

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality control, and adherence to deadlines.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.

Event & On-Site Floral Management:

Supervise floral installations and styling at client locations, corporate venues, and event spaces.

Ensure flawless execution of on-site floral setups, handling last-minute adjustments as needed.

Work closely with event planners, corporate clients, and venue coordinators to bring their floral vision to life.

Troubleshoot any challenges during event setups, ensuring smooth execution under tight schedules.

Operations & Quality Control:

Oversee flower sourcing, stock levels, and waste management to maintain cost efficiency and freshness.

Implement best practices for flower storage, transportation, and handling to ensure quality at every stage.

Ensure compliance with client specifications and project timelines, maintaining high-quality control standards.

Experience:

* Florist Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
