Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Florist

to join our Central Production team in Dubai. The Florist will be responsible for producing a wide range of flower bouquets, mono, and exclusive flower lines in a factory environment. This role ensures all products meet quality, consistency, and quantity standards while supporting high-volume production demands.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and arrange various types of bouquets according to company standards. Adhere to safety procedures, hygiene standards, and HACCP guidelines. Assist with stock rotation (FIFO), inventory, and expiry date monitoring. Collaborate with the production supervisor and team to achieve daily production targets. Label, package, and transfer finished products to the chiller accurately. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and tools. Operate flower equipment safely (deleafter, stem cutter, knife, etc.). Ensure proper use of sleeves, barcodes, and packaging as per standards. Report machinery issues, shortages, or quality deviations promptly.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Proficiency in using flower equipment. Strong physical ability to lift, move, and arrange products (up to 25kg). Basic knowledge of inventory practices and stock rotation. Previous experience in flower handling, bouquet preparation, or production environment preferred. Familiarity with bouquet recipes, packaging, and flower shelf life management is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills. Ability to work long hours standing, in a fast-paced and cold production environment. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
