We are looking for a
talented and passionate Senior Florist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design, a keen eye for detail, and a true love for flowers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment and enjoys working closely with clients and events.Key Responsibilities
Design and create fresh flower bouquets, centerpieces, and floral displays for daily sales and special events. Maintain the freshness, quality, and longevity of floral stock through proper care and handling. Support in the setup and breakdown of floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Assist customers in selecting appropriate floral arrangements while delivering outstanding customer service. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the floral workspace and tools. Collaborate with team members to meet client expectations and shop goals.
Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of experience
in floral design or a related role.Male candidates are preferred
for this position. Strong sense of creativity and design aesthetics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, includingweekends and holidays
as required. Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling flowers and supplies.Preferred Skills
Familiarity with
current floral trends
and seasonal design styles. Basic knowledge of floral supplies, tools, andballoon arrangements
. Experience withevent and wedding floral installations
is a strong advantage.Job Type: Full-time
