Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative

Florist with at least 3 years of professional experience

to join our flower shop in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality floral arrangements, handling daily shop operations related to flowers, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining international floral standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and customized orders Design and create balloon arrangements such as arches, stands, backdrops Handle fresh flowers, ensuring proper storage, conditioning, and quality control Manage daily floral production based on orders and shop requirements Assist customers with flower selection and provide professional recommendations Prepare floral arrangements for events, weddings, corporate orders, and special occasions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, workstations, and cold storage Train and supervise junior florists or assistants when required Coordinate with delivery staff to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch Manage inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools; report shortages or wastage Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards as per UAE regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

3 years of proven experience

as a Florist (experience in UAE preferred) Strong knowledge of floral varieties, seasonal availability, and care techniques Ability to create modern, classic, and custom floral designs Experience handling high-volume orders and peak seasons Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle floral materials
