The ideal candidate has a strong background in floral design, event floristry, and sales, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role combines creative floral work with event support and client service, ensuring each event is visually stunning and well-coordinated.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality floral arrangements including centerpieces, bouquets, installations, arches, and other event-focused designs.
Select, condition, and maintain fresh flowers to ensure top quality for events.
Manage inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Assist with table styling and decor setup, including linens, candles, tableware coordination, and other decorative elements.
Work closely with the event team to ensure cohesive design and timely setup.
