Job Summary

We are a growing event decoration company specializing in

birthday parties, private events, intimate celebrations, and themed setups

. We are looking for a

creative and skilled Florist cum Event Decorator

who can independently handle event decor and floral arrangements, including bouquets and table setups.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, hands-on experience in event decorations, and basic floral styling knowledge.

Key Responsibilities Event Decoration

Plan and execute decor for: Birthday parties Private parties Baby showers Engagements and small events Set up and dismantle event decor on-site (balloons, backdrops, props, centerpieces, lighting, etc.) Work with different themes and color palettes as per client requirements Ensure timely setup and high-quality finishing Coordinate with the team during event execution

Floral & Bouquet Work

Create fresh and artificial flower bouquets for events and gifting Design floral arrangements for: Table centerpieces Welcome boards Stage decor Balloon & flower combinations Handle flowers carefully to maintain freshness and presentation Assist in sourcing flowers and decor materials when required

Creative & Operational Support

Suggest decor ideas and improvements to clients Maintain decor inventory and ensure items are in good condition Manage last-minute changes calmly and professionally Follow safety and cleanliness standards during setup

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in

event decoration and/or floristry

Knowledge of:

Balloon decor Floral arrangements (fresh & artificial) Event styling and basic design concepts Ability to work long hours during events if required Physically fit for setup and dismantling work Good time management and teamwork skills Ability to understand client briefs and deliver accordingly UAE experience is an advantage

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Experience as a

Florist + Event Decorator

Knowledge of flower wrapping techniques and bouquet styling Basic knowledge of event themes and trends Valid UAE driving license (optional but preferred)
