Florist Artist (flowers & Chocolate Arrangements)

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and passionate Florist Artist who can design both floral and chocolate arrangements with an artistic and luxurious touch. The ideal candidate is energetic, unconventional, and detail-oriented, viewing floral and chocolate design as a true art form. You will create stunning arrangements and ensure the shop operates smoothly with proper stock and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Design and create unique flower and chocolate arrangements, including bouquets, boxes, vases, and artistic displays.

Maintain and care for flowers, plants, and materials through proper cleaning, watering, and conditioning.

Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and offer creative recommendations.

Coordinate flower and chocolate orders with the Creative Director.

Handle and manage stock -- monitor inventory levels, restock floral and chocolate materials, and organize supplies.

Provide gift wrapping services with artistic presentation.

Keep the shop and storage area clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Stay updated on modern floral, chocolate, and gift design trends.

Work closely with the team for deliveries and online customer orders.

Qualifications

Strong experience in flower-chocolate combination designs.

Certification in floral or gift design (preferred).

Fluent in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
