Key Responsibilities

Floral Design (Fresh & Artificial)

Design and create a wide variety of

fresh floral arrangements

, including bouquets, centerpieces, vase arrangements, and event decor, in various styles (e.g., modern, traditional, rustic, whimsical) to meet client specifications.

Design and create high-quality artificial floral arrangements

for various purposes, including permanent displays, corporate decor, and long-lasting gifts, ensuring a realistic and elegant appearance. Process, clean, and maintain fresh flowers and foliage to ensure longevity and quality. Manage inventory of fresh flowers, artificial flowers, plants, and floral supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including flower coolers and design stations. Stay updated on current floral trends and techniques for both fresh and artificial flowers.
Chocolate Arrangement Design

Conceptualize, design, and create exquisite

chocolate arrangements

, incorporating various types of chocolates, packaging, and decorative elements. Source and select high-quality chocolates and complementary items (e.g., ribbons, boxes, decorative accents). Ensure all chocolate arrangements are visually appealing, meticulously crafted, and meet high standards of quality and presentation. Develop new and innovative chocolate arrangement designs to expand product offerings. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards when handling and arranging chocolates.
Customer Service & Sales

Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences for fresh floral, artificial floral, and chocolate arrangements, offering expert advice and creative solutions. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every client. Process orders accurately and efficiently, both in-person and over the phone/online. Assist with sales and upselling of floral and chocolate products. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
General Duties

Assist with merchandising and display of products in the retail space. Contribute to the overall cleanliness and presentation of the shop. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders. May assist with deliveries and on-site event setup/takedown as needed.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a professional

Florist

, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse fresh floral design skills. Demonstrable experience and a creative flair for designing and creating

high-quality artificial flower arrangements

high-quality chocolate arrangements

A strong understanding of floral design principles, color theory, and flower care for both fresh and artificial materials. Excellent customer service and communication skills (English required) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
