Job Vacancy: Florist
Location: Umm Ramool, Rashidiya, Dubai
Company: 800 Flower LLC
Preferably: Sri Lanka, Arab Nationals, African or Asian
Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on suitable flower combinations.
• Provide specialized design and floral expertise to plan, design, and create arrangements for all events.
• Ensure all floral arrangements remain within the allocated budget.
• Create visually appealing and high-quality flower arrangements.
• Provide flower suggestions based on specific occasions
• Carefully arrange attractive bouquets for customer purchase.
• Package clients' flowers securely to prevent damage.
• Instruct clients on proper transportation and flower care.
• Stay updated on current design trends, floral techniques, props, and related products.
• Assist with e-commerce activities and respond to client queries.
• Maintain photos of all floral arrangements for use as samples or catalogues.
• Check flower inventory and monitor the wastage sheet.
• Support the Customer Service team when needed.
• Visit retail shops to ensure operations are carried out appropriately and cost-effectively.
• Provide daily updates to the direct supervisor/manager regarding challenges or concerns

Qualifications & Skills:

• Certification or formal training in Floral Design or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of floral design, arrangements, and bouquets.
• Ability to work with fresh and artificial flowers.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and creativity in floral styling.
