Keep up to date with floral design trends. Assist the Head Florist and Creative Team in creating seasonal fresh and faux flowers collections. Maintain a strong relationship with fresh flowers suppliers Work with the Head Florist to develop new products and floral structures Assist in developing new products concept, development, planning and execution. Implement quality control measures to ensure all floral arrangements meet the company standards. Create unique floral arrangements and installations for various occasions and events using different types of flowers. Coordinate and execute events setups. Assist in preparing and managing floral workshops. Assist with floral requirements for photoshoots Assist the Events team in the warehouse -- including but limited to: Inventory management Transferring items to stores and receiving items from stores, Managing events logistics Assist in dismantling prior collections and returning them to inventory. Sourcing material and tools as required. Work closely with procurement team and assist in following up on the productions and set-ups. Call or meet clients to discuss requests when needed. Assist and handle floristry training when required. Assist and handle workshops when required. Assist in stores when required to cover florists' shortage. Any other duties as assigned by the Head Florist and the Management
Required skills:

Ability to use florists' tools in order to create the arrangements. Creativity and understanding of style. Interpersonal skills and customer service Organizational skills in order to stay on top of multiple orders and projects. Innovation and flexibility
