Core Responsibilities

Execute complete flooring installations, repairs, and finishing works across multiple surfaces.

Handle and install the following flooring systems with technical accuracy:

Carpets Parquet Flooring Wooden Flooring SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles) Epoxy Flooring Systems Microcement Finishes Prepare subfloors including leveling, moisture treatment, grinding, and surface priming. Measure, cut, align, and install flooring materials according to drawings and site requirements. Apply adhesives, coatings, sealers, and finishes as per manufacturer specifications. Ensure joints, edges, and transitions meet professional standards. Interpret technical plans and execute work with minimal supervision. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment. Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven expertise in all listed flooring types - no guesswork, only skill. Strong knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques. Ability to troubleshoot flooring defects and correct them efficiently. Precision, attention to detail, and strong time management. Physical stamina for on-site work and heavy material handling. Understanding of safety protocols and best site practices.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Flooring Master or Senior Flooring Technician. Demonstrated work portfolio or project references preferred.
