Job Summary:

MABCO Facilities Management Services LLC is hiring an experienced

Gypsum Master

to join our interior works team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in gypsum ceiling, partition, and decorative works, with a strong focus on quality and timely execution in line with UAE industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install all types of gypsum ceiling systems (plain, decorative, acoustic) and drywall partitions Fabricate and install custom gypsum elements such as bulkheads, niches, cornices, and wall panels Cut, shape, and smooth gypsum boards to fit specific design requirements Prepare surfaces, including framing and support structures, for gypsum installation Apply jointing, taping, and finishing for seamless appearance Interpret and work from shop drawings, layout plans, and design specifications Coordinate with other trades (electrical, HVAC, painting) to ensure smooth execution Repair and refurbish damaged or existing gypsum installations as needed Monitor material usage and minimize wastage on site Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards and site regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in gypsum work within the UAE Proficient in installation of ceilings, partitions, and gypsum decor items Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts Skilled in use of relevant tools and equipment Knowledge of UAE interior finishing and fit-out standards Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or confined spaces Basic communication skills (English or Hindi/Urdu preferred)
