Job Title: Floor Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a hospital setting in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain high standards of patient care, and supervise staff to achieve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of hospital staff (nurses, technicians, support staff, etc.) on assigned floors/units.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and healthcare regulations.
• Monitor patient care standards and address any issues promptly.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability as needed.
• Liaise between hospital management, medical staff, and support teams.
• Handle patient and family concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Implement and enforce safety and infection control measures.
• Prepare and submit reports on floor operations, incidents, and staff performance.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a hospital (supervisory/leadership role preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, patient care, and healthcare standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Relevant degree/diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

• Experience in UAE/GCC healthcare facilities.
• Certification in Healthcare Management or Quality Assurance.
