Requirements:
Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership abilities to motivate and develop a team Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts Knowledge of restaurant operations, including health and safety regulations Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
