Floor Supervisor

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Floor Supervisor. The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and managing a team of associates.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of floor associates to achieve performance goals.
Ensure a high level of customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize product availability.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
Train and develop associates to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and promotions.
Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or a similar industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Proven experience in retail or customer service.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
