Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the floor staff
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to established policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Prepare and submit reports on floor operations and staff performance
- Train and mentor new staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure the safety and security of staff and customers
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
