Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Floor Supervisor, with a strong fine dining background. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dining floor, ensuring impeccable service standards and guest satisfaction. Train, mentor, and motivate a team of service staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of food and beverages. Monitor service quality, address guest feedback, and promptly resolve any issues or concerns. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the dining experience, including table settings, ambiance, and guest interactions. Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality. Requirements: Experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the fine dining industry. Extensive knowledge of fine dining operations, including table service and etiquette. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and inspire a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations gracefully and professionally. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and provide personalized service.
