Job Description
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the floor operation, delivery operation, handle customers requests/complaints
- Generate Financials & Reports
- Conduct interviews, Hire, Evaluate BOH team's performance, Coaching, Take Disciplinary action when required
- Insure product / packaging quality, conduct inventories
- Propose & Manage ideas/events to increase awareness, footfall, sales, etc...
- 2 years in similar role
- Strong Communication skills and leadership
- Knowledge of KSA market (Riyadh) especially delivery
