Responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant in accordance with overall company policy.
Control and manage all areas of cost management including cost of food, beverage, salaries and wages, and other expenses.
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service
Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service
Schedule staff hours and assign duties.
Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED9,000.00 per month
