To plan, collaborate and control all ground handling activities, which includes pro-actively supporting and engaging in delivering the OAL & Flydubai baggage operation on assigned flights. Act as the point of contact for airlines and teams for flight related information in order to achieve safe and on-time departure in line with the SLAs of dnata airport operations. The intent of this role is to solve problems before they become a problem for the front line delivery teams to solve, which impacts or disrupts the operational activities and deliver end to end aircraft turnaround coordination.

Qualification: - Bachelor Degree in a scientific field ( Science, Business Administration, Commerce) Or Diploma in ground handling / airport operations Experience: - Bachelor Degree Holder: 2-4 years of experience in ground handling / airport operations - Or Diploma Holder: 4-6 years of experience in ground handling / airport operations Knowledge: - Advanced understanding of Baggage Operations - Advanced understanding of Load Control - Advanced understanding of the usage of Departure Control System - Advanced understanding of the usage of AACS, BELT and RTC - Advanced understanding of Airline Requirement and Customer SLAs - Proficient understanding of the Turnaround Process - Basic knowledge of weight and balance - Proficient Data collection and analysis Skills - Proficient IT and Computer Literacy Skills - English Language Skills Level 5 - Proficient Planning and Organizing Skills - Advanced Communication Skills - Advanced Writing Skills - Safety Awareness Skills
