Responsible for keeping the Fight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD) operational, reliable, and up to date, contributing to the quality of training delivered by the academy. Ensures all maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs are done in compliance with GCAA and company procedures and regulations.
Job Requirements:
Strong understanding of aviation regulations governing FSTD. In-depth knowledge of the FSTD systems. Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex FSTD malfunctions. Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Conflict Resolution and decision-making skills. Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. * Positive attitude, professionalism, strong written and verbal communication skills.
