ROLE PURPOSE: Assist the Flight Tech Support Officer preparing training planning and administrative support. Provide all necessary operations support to Flight Operations Team. Ensure that administration tasks are complete and up to date. To ensure Pilot regulatory requirements are kept compliant.

YOUR TASKS: Provides administrative support to ensure Flight Crews are correctly scheduled mandatory training . Updating all AIMS expiries and maintenance of the training files. Facilitate and implement improvements in Training Administration wherever considered necessary. To provide assistance to the FTSO thereby ensuring the pilot record keeping system is in regulatory compliance at all times. Prepare the application request file for Bahrain CAA Flight Crew Licenses Issuance and renewal. Keeping AIMS expiries and documents up to date. Maintain pilot files to ensure regulatory compliance. Planning of all simulator travel and hotac. Update and maintain the AIMS Crew Scheduling System to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained. Also supplementary systems including Pelesys, EFOS and ESIM. Issue and print the training certificates for the in-house training. Issue and create training files for all the upcoming training events. Make sure all the training files are returned and for signature by FCTM. Scheduling and tracking of all course requirements for Flight Crew. Undertake regular self-audits. To follow strict process to ensure regulatory training is planned in appropriate time.

YOUR PROFILE: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in flight operations. Good verbal communication skills. Ability to make sound decisions under time pressure environment. Ability to communicate and coordinate with people from various cultures. Attention to detail. Problem solving and logistical experience, especially with regard to travel contingencies. Computer literacy, especially crew scheduling software (preferably AIMS) and spreadsheet programs. Time management skills.
