Job Description
Full : We looking for an experienced Flexo Printing Machine Operator who has knowledge about flexo printing process, Plate mounting and cutting, Ink Colour Mixing and Adjusting and troubleshooting.
- Candidate should have an eye for detail, good eyesight and no colour recognition issues are essential for this job.
- Must be physically fit and healthy in order for the candidate to work under a manufacturing environment.
- Strong error detection and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the use, operations, and repairs of Flexo printing machines
- Excellent artwork layout capability, able to troubleshoot and make correct ink adjustment to achieve required colour match.
- High emphasis on maintaining quality and accuracy in work, minimizing scrap and maximizing production.
- Knowledge of inks and related materials/ techniques used in the printing industry
- Ability to interact and communicate with seniors and work with helper and finishing operations as required.
- Ability to evaluate image quality.
- Ability to evaluate Dots percentage and Calibration.
- Install the printing plate with the images to be printed.
- Prepare the Printing report for the jobs run in the shift.
- Degree/ Diploma in printing technology required
- At least 4 years relevant experience
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Paper Printing Company: 2 years (Required)
