Best Carton Industry LLC is seeking an experienced and reliable
Flexo Machine Operator
to join our production team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating
Flexographic printing machines
within the carton or packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate Flexo printing machines based on production requirements
Install printing plates, adjust machine settings, and ensure proper ink flow
Monitor print quality and make real-time adjustments as needed
Conduct basic machine maintenance and cleaning
Minimize material waste and maintain high production efficiency
Troubleshoot machine and print issues to reduce downtime
Keep accurate production records and follow safety protocols
Collaborate with the quality control team to meet product standards
Requirements
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Flexo printing machines
Knowledge of inks, substrates, color registration, and machine calibration
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and meet daily production targets
Physically fit and able to work on production floor for extended hours
Previous experience in the
carton or packaging industry
is a plus
Work Hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
