Flexcube Implementation Accountant - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
The Flexcube Implementation Accountant - Dubai, UAE will lead the implementation of ROD solutions within the Flexcube core banking system. This role requires a qualified accountant with expertise in Flexcube product setup, parameterization, and accounting validation to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Lead implementation of the ROD solution in the Flexcube core banking system
• Review product parameterization including events, IC products, and GL allocations
• Ensure accurate chart of accounts mapping for new product transactions
• Validate accounting treatments and conduct end-to-end GL testing
• Participate in BRD and URF review processes
• Coordinate with technology, business, and operations teams for system setup and UAT
• Verify accounting entries during all testing phases
• Support migration activities and ensure accounting accuracy
• Provide financial system support during go-live and post-implementation

Ideal Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACCA or CA) with 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Flexcube product functionality and implementation
• Experience in accounting validations, GL testing, and system parameterization
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including business and technology units
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Background in banking industry with exposure to core banking systems
