Job Description

The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation.

The ideal candidate should have managed 50+ drivers, 300+ deliveries in a day, vehicle tracking systems and electronic logging devices.

The 3 essential skills required for this position is

Job Purpose:



To manage the operations and performance of company's vehicles and drivers. To ensure the vehicles and drivers are being utilized to their fullest potential in a safe and cost-effective manner.

Primary duties and responsibilities:



Driver's Management:

To develop efficient and profitable driver schedules and routes to maximize profits.

To manage drivers working hours, delivery schedule, attendance, behavior and performance. To mentor, coach, and reward drivers for their performance. Provide drivers with routes and delivery information and maintain constant communication with them. To ensure that our company vehicles operate at their highest level of efficiency by continuous improvement efforts. Training drivers on smart driving and risk management protocols, safety standards, and other important procedures is essential for ensuring the safety of drivers, passengers and products.

Customer Service:

Work toward excellent client service.

Reporting:

Identifying challenges and obstacles in fleet operations, analyzing the performance and expenses of the fleet, monitoring budgets and significant purchases, evaluating the costs associated with fleet operations, and establishing fleet-level targets.

Perform other duties as and when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

Managing 50+ Drivers and processing 300+ daily deliveries: 3 years (Required)
Language:

* Tamil (Required)
