Job Description

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely transportation of manpower to client sites, compliance with UAE regulations, and proper maintenance of all vehicles.

Manage day-to-day operations of company vehicles (buses, vans, cars, etc.).

Plan and schedule transport for manpower deployment to client sites.

Supervise drivers, monitor attendance, performance, and discipline.

Ensure regular servicing, repairs, and roadworthiness of all vehicles.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle documents (registration, insurance, renewals, etc.).

Monitor and control fuel consumption, mileage, and transport costs.

Address transport-related issues, including breakdowns and emergencies.

Coordinate with HR/Admin for staff transportation needs.

Ensure compliance with UAE traffic regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.

Prepare periodic reports on transport operations for management review.

Job Specification (Qualifications, Skills, Experience):

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

3-5 years of experience in transport/fleet management (preferably in manpower supply or contracting industry).

Strong knowledge of UAE traffic laws and RTA/Muroor procedures.

Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
