Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Fleet Supervisor

to oversee and manage a large-scale fleet operation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Euro 5 vehicle maintenance, and a valid UAE light vehicle driving license. The role involves ensuring optimal fleet performance, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective operation in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of a large fleet, ensuring efficient vehicle utilization and availability. Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for Euro 5 vehicles to reduce downtime and extend vehicle life. Monitor vehicle performance and usage through tracking systems, ensuring safety and operational efficiency. Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and internal departments for repairs, inspections, and compliance. Ensure strict adherence to UAE traffic regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, licensing, insurance, and service history. Conduct regular inspections and audits of fleet assets to ensure roadworthiness and compliance. Train and monitor drivers on proper usage, safety, and company protocols. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies involving fleet vehicles.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management or supervisory role. Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License. Strong knowledge of Euro 5 vehicle systems and preventive maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience in Canter pickup maintenance and overall fleet management. Familiarity with UAE traffic laws and regulatory compliance requirements. Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
