Job Description

Manage daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling maintenance and inspections. Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, maintenance schedules, and vehicle usage. Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate repairs and cleaning. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Train and supervise staff involved in fleet management. Implement cost-effective solutions for vehicle operation and maintenance Oversee a team of drivers, ensuring their attendance, performance, and compliance with operational guidelines. Ensure that the team of drivers achieves timely deliveries Monitor driver schedules, manage attendance records, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Maintain accurate reports and trackers to monitor operational performance, delivery timelines, and team productivity. Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and the clients to drive efficiency and enhance overall service of delivery. Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring that all performance standards are met or exceeded. Address and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing clear communication and updates to all stakeholders. Participate in strategic discussions to optimize service levels and improve business processes. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts
Qualifications :

Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience with ADNOC projects.
